Data controller

NEG-Events, Yaoundé, Cameroon. Contact: +237 656 086 131 (phone and WhatsApp).

Data collected

The quote and contact forms collect only the information you enter:

• first and last name, phone number and, if you wish, email address;
• details of your event: type, date, venue, number of guests, services requested, indicative budget, message and selected equipment.

With your consent only, the website measures its traffic (Google Analytics): pages viewed, where visits come from, type of device, approximate city. These statistics are anonymous and aggregated; NEG-Events never tries to identify a visitor. Without your consent, no measurement takes place and no analytics cookie is set; you can change your mind at any time using the “Audience measurement” link in the footer.

Purpose

This information is used solely to respond to your request, prepare your quote and organise your event. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Transmission

Requests sent through the forms reach us by email, via a technical messaging provider acting solely on our behalf. A copy of the requests sent through the forms is also saved in NEG-Events' private management area, restricted to authorised accounts, for follow-up. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is sent through that service, under its own terms.

Retention period

Your information is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and manage the business relationship, then deleted or anonymised (only statistical data without names or contact details is then kept).

Your rights

In accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations, you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. Simply contact us on +237 656 086 131 or through the contact page.

Storage in your browser

Your selection of rental equipment is kept only in your browser (session storage) during your visit, so it can be added to your quote request. It disappears when you close the tab. Your choice regarding audience measurement is remembered in your browser; Google Analytics cookies are set only with your consent. If you change language, this choice is remembered for one year in a technical cookie containing no personal data.

Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. The forms are protected against abuse and the data entered is checked.
